
Please Read Before Making a Reservation or Visiting Our Restaurant
(Reservations)
Our restaurant operates on a reservation-only basis.
Prior to confirming your reservation, we will send important information and confirmation details by email. If we do not receive a response within three days of sending the email, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Please note that explanations of our cuisine, service details, and all guidance provided during your visit are available in Japanese only.
For reservations of seven guests or more, we kindly require that at least one guest be able to communicate in Japanese, or that a Japanese-speaking tour escort, guide, or interpreter accompany the party during the visit.
This policy also applies to reservations made through travel agencies.
(Group Size)
We accept reservations for a maximum of 10 guests.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate parties of 11 guests or more.
(Glassware and Tableware)
To preserve the tranquil atmosphere of the restaurant and to protect our carefully selected tableware, we kindly ask guests to refrain from striking glasses or tableware together during toasts.
Many of the glasses and tableware used in our restaurant are custom-made artisan pieces and are of significant value.
Should any item be damaged or broken, compensation may be requested depending on the circumstances.
(Beverage Orders)
As part of the dining experience we offer, we invite guests to enjoy beverages thoughtfully paired with our cuisine.
Accordingly, we kindly ask each guest to order a minimum of two drinks during their visit.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and look forward to providing you with a memorable dining experience.

本店採完全預約制。
在確認預約前,本店將以電子郵件寄送相關確認事項及重要資訊。若於寄出後三日內未收到回覆,該預約將自動取消,敬請見諒。
本店所有料理介紹、用餐說明及當日服務內容皆以日語提供。
因此,七位以上之訂位,敬請安排至少一位可使用日語溝通之同行貴賓,或由可使用日語之領隊、導遊或翻譯人員陪同來店。
透過旅行社預約之情況亦適用相同規定。
(關於人數)
本店最多僅接受十位貴賓之預約。
十一位以上之團體恕無法接待,敬請見諒。
(關於杯具與器皿)
為維護店內寧靜雅緻的用餐環境,並珍惜本店精心挑選之器皿,敬請避免以碰撞杯具或器皿的方式進行乾杯。
本店所使用之杯具與器皿,多為職人訂製之作品及高價品。
若有損壞或破損之情形,本店可能依實際狀況請求賠償。
(關於飲品點用)
為讓貴賓能更完整地體驗本店料理與飲品搭配之樂趣,
敬請每位貴賓於用餐期間點用至少兩杯飲品。
